Southern Stair Company specializes in the construction and design of custom curved and straight wood staircases for commercial buildings and private residences. Since all of our work is truly one of a kind we do not have any pre-built stairs or price lists. Email us your plans in PDF or CAD file format, or fax photocopies of 1st and 2nd floor areas showing all balconies for a specific project and we will prepare an estimate for your consideration. Although we have done work throughout Florida, most of our work is in the water front areas, and inland north and south of Brevard County.

We have over 20 years of stairbuilding experience and are currently celebrating 17 years of service in our present location. We are state certified residential contractors (CRC 040985) licensed to do structural projects and building improvements throughout the state of Florida.

Though primarily woodworkers, many of our staircases involve the use of other materials such as wrought iron, glass, and marble which we can coordinate into your stair.

The entry foyer is perhaps one of the most important areas of the home. It projects an image, creating the critical "first impression" when guests are welcomed into the home. Because of this importance and the rich differences of tastes, styles and needs of today's home buyers, careful attention to detail should be observed when designing the staircase.
