My wife and I are extremely pleased with the beautiful spiral staircase that Kevin and Kelley built for us. Because of the limited space they had to work with and the difficulty of having to deal with a curved wall with windows, Southern Stair showed us they are very talented professionals. Being in the remodeling business sometimes I have to rely on others such as plumbers, electricians and suppliers in order to complete a job and sometimes it can stressful and frustrating when they don't come through on their end, but I have to say it was a pleasure to work with Kevin, Kelly and Rich. They are reliable. They were very accommodating and patient with my customer who made changes during the installation at no fault to them. They are true craftsmen. As a former employee of Southern Stair Company I can only say that they are a top and I mean top notch stair company.
